Jinhui and Guanghui, both the fruit of Tonghui Material Co., Ltd.''s strategy for an integrated development of industry and commerce, was established in 2000 with the register capital of 17 million and 10 million respectively. It is the first chemical fiber manufacturer integrated with spinning and elasticity strengthening techniques. Currently it has 68 POY spinners, and 10 advanced stretch-strengthening machines and is one of the earliest chemical fiber manufacturer devoted to the development of differentiated long filament. It was specialized in differentiated long PBT, PTT filaments and had a great market influence. Two research papers were published in some authoritative magazines and periodicals. The registered trademark MIN HUI was accredited as the famous brand in Suzhou City. As an outstanding private enterprise, it possesses the right of export and import and its products were widely sold to Spain, Philippines, Taiwan, Canada and so on. In 2003, the sales income reached 2.30 million Yuan. It is one of the first enterprises to set up Party Group, Labor Union and other organizations. Under the premises of giving full play to the advantages in terms of human resources and market, it invested and held 25 % shares of Taicang Zhenhui Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd, marking a new milestone in the developmental history of the enterprise.
Founded in 1998 with the registered capital amounting to RMB 5 million, it is one of the first trading companies granted with the right of import and export. It was mainly engaged in various kinds of materials for chemical fiber and textile industries and is also the exclusive agent in charge of the business of Sinopec General Acrylic Products in Taicang Area. In 2003, the sales income reached RMB 85 million. Chemical fiber fabrics were extensively exported to such regions and countries as Taiwan and Canada etc. It availed itself of the good opportunity of China''s entry into the WTO and the reformation of foreign trade system, relying on the vast market in Taicang, which is in great need of textile materials and with textile industry leading its economy, and in line with the principle to better served the local economic development, strengthen the communications with the overseas companies and made efforts to bridge the local economy in Taicang area and the international market. |
