Jiexin Textiles Group has founded since 1970s, formerly it was the Hunan Changde Wuling Dyeing & Finishing Factory, developing till 2001, Jiexin merged Taoyuan Textiles Printing & Dyeing Factory, and formed a complete production process from cotton purchasing to ready-made clothes. The company is one of the large-scale manufacturers in Hunan province or even in China.
Jiexin has fixed assets of 580 million RMB, factory building area of 250,000 sq. meters as well as cotton planting base, cotton ginning factory, weaving factory, printing & dyeing factory, garment factory, thermoelectric plant, waterworks and sewage treatment works；5,000 employees including 350 technicians; 70,000 ring spindles, 3720 rotor spinning spindles, 1780 looms with shuttles and 485 shuttleless looms,12 printing & dyeing lines and 300 sets of garments production equipments.
With unremitting efforts, Jiexin can now annually produce 5000tons of raw cotton,17500 tons of cotton yarns, 70 million meters of grey fabrics, 60 million meters of printed & dyed fabrics and 1 million pcs. garments, with production value of 1 billion RMB yuan and foreign exchanged earned 50 million USD.
Jiexin boasts over 30 years' of experiences and top technologies. Meanwhile, we keep improving product quality through high technology and advanced equipments. Armed with top weaving, printing & dyeing and garment production equipments from the US, Japan, the Netherlands, Germany, Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as advanced domestic computerized testing devices and color separation/drawing equipments, we can produce various grey fabrics, bleached, dyed and printed fabrics as well as leisure garments. Currently, we have the following 7 product series available: grey fabrics, bast/cotton dyed/printed fabrics, cotton dyed/printed fabrics, t/c printed fabrics, materials for case/bag/shoes/hats, home-textile materials, medium- to top-grade leisure garments. And such techniques as sanding, pre-shrinking, water-proofing, flame retarding, crease-proof, resin coating, can be available for fabrics. Products are exported to Europe, the US and the Southeast Asia, and enjoy high reputation in both the Yangtze River Delta and Zhujiang River Delta.
Jiexin has been approved by ISO9001-2000, and owns self-support import & export power. And the company has ever been honored as "Hunan Top 100 Private Enterprises", "Hunan Major Foreign Exchange Earner". In the year 2006, the company was honored as "Top 10 Outstanding Companies in Changde City"; in 2007, "Jiexin" brand was awarded "Hunan Provincial Famous Brand"; in 2008, "Jiexin" was honored as "Hunan Provincial Famous Trade Mark"!
