Suzhou Huarun Fine Wool Factory is situated in Suzhou, the beautiful paradise in the world which has long been the residence featured by garment industry. Suzhou Huarun Fine Wool Factory specializes in yarn manufacture. It is equipped with a dyeing plant for dispersed wool. It produces mainly yarns for machine-process and for knitted yarns, with 2 major categories, namely, fine wool and half carded yarns. With over 60 technicians, the company produces over 1500 tons of yarns annually, including various specifications of wool, polish wool, cashmere, rabbit wool, camel wool, floret, cotton, hemp, polyester, nylon, soybean fiber, bamboo fiber, modal, tencel and viscose. The company boasts strong power from product R&D to finished product inspection. We have Italian Savio automatic canisters and twisters, Mazoli ring spinning frames, Whole set inspection equipment such as yarn intensity measure, strip measure, twist measure, blackboard measure, high-precision balance, standard lamp house and quick oven.
The dyes are introduced for abroad to make the products environment-friendly and cling to the material. Various indexes have reached international standard. Now the products can not only be made of both a single kind of yarn and mixed yarns. The fibers supplement each other to make the products adapt to flat machine, round frame, loom, and crochet machine, etc.
The major products have the following categories: pure wool and mixed series, polish wool and mixed series, cotton mixed series, sheep wool mixed series, lamb wool and mixed series, cashmere and mixed series, floret and mixed series, rabbit wool and mixed series, nanometer cashmere and mixed series, tencel and mixed series, modal and mixed series, bamboo fiber and mixed series, soybean fiber and mixed series, viscose and mixed series, yarns for machine-process and special series. In terms of functions, there are knitted yarns (mainly for spinning cloth on flat machines) and machine-process yarns (mainly for spinning cloth on round machines and looms).
Since its foundation in the 1970s, the enterprise scale has expanded. Now there are a raw material company and a sweater manufacture company, equipped with dispersed wool workshop. The management has made progress with each passing year. Now we have passed ISO9001:2000 inspection. The production management department adopts computer automation and control. We have an independent cashmere yarn brand Mengyang. Over 80% of the products are sold abroad. In China mainland we have many well-known clients such as Pierre Cardin, Crocodile, Jeansweat and so on. And our international market focuses on Europe, America, Japan and Hong Kong. |
