Established in 1958, Nantong Printing & Dyeing Mill was reorganized to Nantong Printing & Dyeing Co. Ltd. in 1996. It is a medium-sized state-owned enterprise located in Nantong City (No. 64, Renmin Road West) with a land area of 73 thousand square meters, among which 63 thousand square meters are for the main factory. The company now has 1,151 staff members including 209 technicians. Among those technicians, 5 of them own senior title of the professional post, 23 own junior title and 87 of them are candidates to the professional title.
With total assets of 210 million yuan, Nantong Printing & Dyeing Co. Ltd. has gained the power to engage in I/E business in 1993, and earned $5.6 million foreign exchanges and 200 million yuan sales income per year. The company was ensured much tremendous technical force and product development capacity after three technological innovations. At present, the company possesses 6 production lines as follows: one bleaching-yarn-dyed-and-finishing production line with annual capacity of 15 million meters; two dyeing production lines with annual capacity of 32 million meters; two printing production lines with annual capacity of 35 million meters; one coating production line with annual capacity of 9 million meters. Among them, the 180 dyeing production line and the 180 printing production line are imported from foreign countries. All of these advanced equipment enables us to do the processing of waterproofing, down-proofing, anti-flame, coating, oil-looking, schreinering, embossing, sanding, raising, softening, anti-shrinking, self-ironing, and other special finishing processing Also, we can meet the requirements of printing & dyeing & special finishing of fabrics with different width (broad, subbroad) and different specification (rove, spun yarn), etc. Besides, the company allocated computerized color separation system on printing production line, and computerized color measuring system. By setting up a computer center, the company turned the management of finance, labor and capital, and sales into computerization. Furthermore, all of our product quality is ensured to be equal with or above the international standard, state standard, or treaty standard in the same trade so as to provide satisfactory service to all the customers.
Our main products are as follows:

2 bleached, dyed and printed crimp fabrics of cotton, cotton/polyester.
3 bleached, dyed and printed sateen of schreinered cotton.
4 high-count-high-density down-proof poplin of cotton, polyester/cotton
5 cotton polyester compound superfine low-stretch yarn
6 bleached, dyed and printed touring fabrics of linen, cotton/linen
7 PA, PU coating
8 self-ironing and special finishing
9 Spandex elastic fabrics
Many of the above products got honors by the state and the province. For example, "Silver Award" (state) Cotton dyed crimp fabric "Excellent Product" (Textile Industrial Ministry) Cotton printed crimp fabric, polyester/cotton moltey khaki, cotton & polyester/cotton printed fabric, cotton moltey drill, etc. "Gold Dragon Award" (National Economic & Trade Committee) moltey cotton/polyester oil-looking fabric. "Gold Ox Award" (Jiangsu Province) cotton/polyester pearl-like coating fabric. "Gold Eagle Award" (Nantong City) imitation wax printed shirting, sanding and super softening finishing fabric. Besides, the new fabrics developed last year who are water-resisted, permeable, moisture permeable and with coating have meet the requirement of the international advanced level. And the 10-30 thousand mm/h2o high water pressure coated fabric was honored "Gold Award" in the State High & New Technology Exhibition in 1995 and 1996.
We are also equipped with a swage treatment center with a daily sewage disposal capacity of 4,000 tons strictly under the requirement of national standard. |
