Located in Huangshi city of inland China by the Yangtze River, Hubei Mailyard Group Cooperation was founded in 1985 and has grown to be one of the largest textile and garment production and export bases in China. Since 1995, it has been enlisted in the Top Ten Enterprises of Textile Industry by State Statistics Bureau of China for consecutive years, and in 1996 was appointed as one of the 520 key enterprises enjoying special support from the State Council. In 1997 Mailyard A was put into the Shanghai Stock Market. In 1998 its worsted fabric and men’s suit factories passed ISO9001 and ISO9002 international quality system authentication. The Mailyard brand was awarded the China’s Famous Brand Name by China National Industry and Commerce General Bureau, and also enlisted as the Major Supported and Developed Export Brand in 2001 by the state.
The Mailyard group owns an original value of fixed assets of RMB800 million, and total assets of RMB 2.4billion. With 28 subsidiary companies and 10 factories for garments production, the Group has some 12,000 employees. With more than 8000pcs/sets of advanced machines of CAD/CAM pattern marking, cutting, sewing, stitching, pressing and needle inspection imported from Japan, USA, Italy, Germany, etc, we annually produce 1 million sets/pcs of high-quality men’s suit, 200 thousand pcs of men’s coats, jackets, 3.2 million sets/pcs of various first-class ladies’ suits, ladies’ ensemble, ladies dress, shirts, blouses, jeans, 2 million meters of wool worsted fabric and 21 million meters good quality micro fiber fabric.
