Located on the picturesque riverside of JianHu river, PIANMEN WOOLEN TEXTILE CO., LTD is close to the southern double-tracking of No.104 state highway, 20 kilometers to the newly-built Hangzhou International Airport. So it enjoys convenient transportation facilities.
Main products of our company are rabbit yarn, lambswool yarn,cashmere yarn, pure Australian wool yarn and mercerized non-shrinkable yarn. Our company has the registered trademark "PIANMAO" and has been awarded the special permission right of using "Woolmark" and "Woolmark Blend" by the International Woolmark Company.
Founded in 1985, the company was called Shaoxing Pianmen Woolen Textile Mill at that time. Now our company occupies a land area of 23,000 square meters, with construction space 17,000 square meters. It has 722 employees, including 80 competent technicians and experienced salesmen.
Our company owns the total assets of 110 million yuan (RMB), and two subordinates: Shaoxing Woolen Material Company and Shaoxing Woolen Textile Technological Institute, which make it a national medium-sized enterprises integrating industry, trade and technology.
Main facilities of our company include 9,000 spindle roving frames, 6,000 spindle spinning frames, a wool top production line and a wool carbonization production line. In addition, our company was equipped with introduced French roving frame, Italian automobile spooler, Japanese twisting frame, German two-for-one twisters and some advanced textile test instruments. Helped by the advanced equipment, the annual production capacity of our company reaches 1,500 tons of roving knitting yarn, and 500 tons of spinning knitting yarn.
Successively, our enterprise was granted the title of "The Provincial Civilized Unit With High Credit"; "Provincial Management Exemplary Enterprise"; "Provincial Advanced Enterprise"; "AAA Credit Enterprise" of the Agriculture Bank of China, as well as "The Leading Enterprise of Shaoxing"; " The Excellent Enterprise of The YUECHEN District", etc. |
