Saite Global Machinery (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. fully absorbs the four decades of experience in machinery manufacturing and the two decades of experience in high-speed suspending roving frame of Qingdao Global Group besides the advanced management science, top technologies and profound capital support from Italia CMT Corp, thus becoming a leader in the textile machinery industry in China. The Saite Global Machinery Research Institute. composed by experts from Qingdao Global Group and Italia CMT Corp. provide further technical support for the sustained development of the joint venture as well as its leading position as “Global Roving, Computer Expert”.
Established in April 1966, Qingdao Global Group lies at No. 208 Langyatai Road, Jiaonan City of Qingdao at the western bank of Jiaozhou Gulf and near Qingdao Development Zone, neighboring Qingdao Liuting International Airport and Qiandao Qianwan Port. After four decades of development, Qingdao Global Group has developed into a modern group company engaged in research, manufacturing and trading with a number of subsidiary companies for businesses in textile machinery, shoe-making machinery, rubber machinery, shoe products, auto parts and steel construction.
The group started manufacturing of light industry machinery in 1960s and by 1990s had become of one the key manufacturers in China. Part of the awards it won includes Model Enterprise of Shandong Province, Shandong Model Enterprise of Patent China since 1988, Model Enterprise for Promotion and Adoption of CAD by previous Ministry of Science and Technology. In addition, it owns a provincial-level technical center, and has passed the certification of ISO9000 and Import and Export Right in China. In 2006, it was recognized as National Level Key Hi-tech Enterprise. Its products are also highly appreciated with many prizes like High Quality Product of Ministry and Province respectively, National-level Key New Product and Top Brand Product of Qingdao City. Due to its all-around quality control, devotion to excellence and the enterprise ideal of serving the society, Qingdao Global Group has won high respect and reliance from its customers.
The manufacturing textile machinery in Qingdao Global Group was first initiated in 1986, when under the bidding of China Textile Machinery Association, Global Textile Machinery Corp. developed the first FA420/422 high-speed suspending roving frame by combining the technologies of Toyota FL-16 frame with the then market demands in China. During the over two decades since that, it developed FA493/FA494, FA497/FA498, which became the first computerized roving frames without cone disc in China. Especially, FA494, FA496 and FA498 won National Key New Product Award and Qingdao Hi-tech Prize, besides the 20 patents. In 2005, its FA series of high-speed suspending roving frames was named “Qingdao Top Brand” while the HQ306 High-speed Twisting Machine as Hi-tech Product of Qingdao City. In 2006, Qingdao Global was selected as one of the drafters for FZ/93034-2006 National Standard. In recent years, the Group has annually exported over 400 sets of roving machine while meeting domestic demands.
The introduction of world top technology has enabled Saite Global with research and development capability for high-end textile machinery.
