Hangzhou Allied Feather & Down Co., Ltd. is a joint venture which was established in August 2000 in the Xiaoshan Chinese Down Industrial Park in Zhejiang Province.
The company owns total assets of nearly RMB 30 million and occupies an area of 14,000 sq/m, including 6,000 sq/m of building area.
We are mainly engaged in producing and selling of down materials and down articles. Annually, we turn out 2000 ton of down materials and 200,000 pieces or sets of down articles, which equal to over USD 12 million of production value or export revenue.
They are mostly exported to countries and regions like the United States, Japan, West Europe and East Asia. And we directly purchase the raw materials from the domestic market.
Besides the modern workshops, office building and assistant equipment, we have also imported a complete set of advanced production line for down processing, washing, sterilization and disinfection.
The main equipment includes dividing machine in single and four boxes, washing machine, mixing and stacking machine, packing machine and other facilities that are required for down processing. In addition, precision inspectors are also available for quality control.
