Through 50 years'' change and development, Shenyang Textile Machinery Manufactory (STMM) has become a large-sized leader of China''s textile machinery manufactory industry. After the reform in separation of different functional departments and reconstruction of assets, it now is under management of modern enterprise management system by some listed companies. It mainly provides the domestic and international markets with drawing frames, water-jet looms, air jet-looms, super high speed warping machines, slack warping machines, sectional warping-and-beaming machines, bobbin winders, automatic cop winders, nonwoven fabric equipment and services. STMM has established long-term and sincere cooperative relationships with the customers.
To face the market, STMM has registered the "Jingxing" trademark, carried out the strategy of creating famous brand with constant improvement, and passed the GB/T19001:94-ISO9001:94 Standard.

To face the future, STMM has carried out reengineering and innovation. The manufactory has been reorganized into the Shenyang Textile Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. with five subsidiary companies, one branch company and five holdings companies. The subsidiary Shenyang Hongda Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. is a hi-tech manufacturer with drawing frames and water-jet looms as its core products. With the annual capacity of producing 2,000 drawing frames and 1,500 water jet-looms, Hongda Corp is on the way of going public. The subsidiary Shenyang Hongsheng Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., is a joint-venture with air jet-looms as its core products. Hongsheng Corp has the capacity of producing 1,500 air jet-looms annually. The subsidiary Shenyang Textile Machinery Manufactory Co., Ltd. adopts the Japanese technology to produce different models of warping machines. The subsidiary Shenyang Dongxing Machinery Manufactory Co., Ltd. specializes in customized machines, nonwoven fabric projects and equipment development. The effective organization of enterprise resources will certainly lead to new development.
