Yancheng Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., established in 1970, is a key enterprise of China Textile Machine Committee. It took the lead in 1990s in textile machine industry, whose dressing machines, sizing machines and pirn winding machines are on top in mainland.
In 2001, a new private-owned enterprise invested by the operator and shared by technical, manufacturing, sales and managing clerks was formed according to the property right reform.
It has a staff of 500 persons including 50 technicians, over 20 salesmen and 20 managing clerks. Established with a fixed capital of nearly 40 million yuan, it is equipped with more than 250 sets of processing machines including 3 processing centers, over 10 sets of digital control facilites and a CAD assistant designing &innovating system. Presently it has an annual output of 500 sets of pirn winding machines and 60 sets of sizing machines.
Our main products are some after finishing facilities and cotton wool tape drive pulleys like GA330 series dressing machines, ASGV321 long-yarn sizing machines, ASGV421 long-yarn warp-rebeaming machines, ASLGA382 sizing&dyeing machines, G203 vertical pirn winding machines, compound machines etc., among which GA330 series dressing machines won the gold prize in National New Product Exhibition. Our products have a good market all over our nation, which are exported to over 20 countries and regions with Southeast Asia as the dominant one.
Ever since the foundation of our new company, it has been speeding up its innovation by succeeding in creating Ga335 dressing machine, GA338 multi-unit transmission dressing machine, G206 computerized pirn winding machine. Our own high-grade fabric compound machine has come into being. In 2002, it was awarded ISO9001 certification.
