Established in 1956, Nantong No.2 Yarn Dyed Factory is a specialized manufacturer of yarn dyed fabric and garment with 1100 employees and the power of doing I/E business. The factory covers a land area of over 30000 m2, has total assets 46 million yuan (RMB). Being equipped with the advanced Italy rapier garment-making production line, we produce 10million meters yard dyed fabrics and 500,000 pieces (units) of garment per year, and the production value reaches 120 million yuan (RMB).
Our main products include: poplin, youth cloth, oxford cloth, flannelette, stretch fabric, color jeans, seersucker, Indigo, jacquard, Xinyu crepe, Yangliu crepe, Chenille, double-layered fabric, three-layered fabric. The materials we took are Xinjiang flannel, pure cotton, rayon, viscose/cotton blended and interwoven, polyester/cotton blended, linen/cotton blended and interwoven, ramie/cotton blended and interwoven, hemp/cotton blended and interwoven, polyester/acrylic blended, polyester/viscose blended and anti-flame acrylic, etc. which are made of all kinds of yarn from 4.5S to 100/2S. To meet the requirements of the market and customers, we develop wool/cotton blended and interwoven, polyamide/cotton interwoven, polyester/viscose/linen blended, and environmental fabric such as Tencel, Model, color cotton, chitin fiber fabric and other yarn dyed fabrics. Besides, we opened out many new fabrics, for instance, Azo-free fabric, Fluorescence-free fabric, wahser wrinkle fabric, sand-washed fabric, water-proof and anti-soil fabric, calendered cloth, anti-odor fabric, odor-remove fabric and anti-bacteria fabric, etc. Therefore, we got useful experience in the management and quality control of the Fluorescence-free fabric production, and our products were honored as Excellent Products of the Textile Industrial Department and the Province, and Award for Developing New Products.
We have our own inspecting center, which is in charge of the testing of the inner part and appearance of all kinds of yarn dyed fabrics. And we have detailed inspection way and records of the warp and weft density, shrinkage ratio, color fastness, and intensity. Furthermore, our inspecting way, standard, and result is almost the same as that of the Japan Keken Inspecting Organization.
Our main products are sold to over 40 countries and area including Japan, USA, West Europe, Hong Kong, and they all enjoy great reputation in the international market. By the support of all customers, we are listed in the 20 big enterprises in the yarn dyed field of China.
Our producing period is strictly controlled in about 35 days. |
