Capacity Determination
Depending on the target output or desired capacity, the type and quantity of the production line is assessed. Also the steam, pressure and electricity requirements are calculated beforehand.
Feasibility analysis
The desired project is evaluated in regard to quantitative data and infrastructure and given an assessment as well as a payment plan and suggestions regarding it.
Lay-out
According to the readied project, the distribution of the machinery is planned in regard to the structure of the plant.
Planning
In order to enable the production to start in the desired date, the payment conditions are planned in advance; orders are sorted out and confirmed.
Shipment
To prevent the delays due to shipment and customs related issues, the production steps are controlled tightly.
Installation Planning
Between the project and installation phases, the necessary electricity, gas, compressed air, steam, and illumination planning is made according to the lay-out.
Installation
A team of technicians with experience in the field will carry out the installation under the supervision of an engineer. The engineer will also perform a full-check after the installation.
Training
Operators, technicians and maintenance personnel will be trained by our experts.
Periodical Maintenance and Services
After the products are readied for operation, maintenance checks will be performed on certain periods. Also service and spare parts are available at all times upon the customers' request |
