Anhui Bayi Textile Equipment Factory is located in a Qianshan county, which is to the northwest of Mount Tianzhu. By now, the factory has become one of the four specialized factory of cots and aprons, and one of the 100 backbone enterprise of textile machinery in the state.
The factory was established in March, 1981, and the total asset reaches 39.36 million RMB by 2001 with an output of 2.5 million meters of apron 34.7%, 60 million cots, 2 million sets of SL top rollers, and 1 million sets of combinations as doubling core shaft and sleeve. In December 1999, the factory was granted the ISO9002 Quality System Certification.
Face to the fierce competition, the factory runs well under the help of analysis of market, correct policy-making, famous brand strategic, and high technology. In the past few years, the factory got many honors for many times: "Star Enterprise", People''s Government of Anhui Province, four times "AAA Credibility Enterprise", Financial Department, three times "Excellent Enterprise for Honoring Contract", Anhui Province, six times "Enterprise of High and New Tech", Science & Technology Committee of Anhui Province, in 1997 After great efforts from all staff, we have successfully been in the leading position in this occupation.
Our "Qianyang" brand product BYC series of apron, cot, and roller were highly thought of by many users, and were sell to over 800 textile factories in 28 provinces and cities and to Southeast Asia. This series were honored "Golden Model Product on Chinese New Product & New Tech Fair Exhibition", "Recommended Product in the Ninth Five-year", "Famous Brand Product", "High & New Tech Product", "Excellent Product" by the National Science & Technology Committee, National Textile Industry Bureau, and Anhui Province. As a world-advanced new generation, the non-treatment cots for pure cotton drafting has been widely used in combing, drafting, doubling, worsting and spinning. The non-treatment cots for cotton/ chemical fiber and pure chemical fiber, inner and quter grained aprons up to the world level of the same bind have been put into use in quantities. And our newly-developed aprons with low hardness but high elasticity, cots for chemical fiber spinning, are ideal products to replace the imported ones and to improve the quality of yarn forming. |
