Located in Shaoyang, a scenic city with a long history in center of Hunan Province,PRC, Shaoyang No.2 Textile Machinery Works has become a key enterprise affiliated to China Textile Machinery (Group) Co. Ltd. It covers an area of 61 thousand square meters, and has a staff of 4280 members.

Shaoyang No.2 Textile Machinery Works specializes mainly in manufacturing dyeing &finishing equipments and chemical fiber spinning machines. The dyeing & finishing equipments manufactured by our factory cover machines for scouring & bleaching, washing, dyeing, finishing and stentering, and range from the pre-treatment to the post-treatment. More than 200 varieties of the products are updated and upgraded constantly and especially taking the place of being imported from abroad. The advanced chemical fiber equipments for acrylic, polyester, nylon, polypropylene and viscose spinning are available for a wide selection from the primary liquid, spinning to finishing treatment. A lot of new products are developed and put to market annually owing to the efforts made by a high-tech staff group composed of more than 100 senior engineers and over 400 primary, middle-rank and senior technicians .Moreover, with more than 30 year''s experiences in designing and manufacturing, Shaoyang No.2 Textile Machinery Works has strong capability in developing and making the best products . Many technologies for manufacturing spinning machines have come up with advanced world standards. Our technologies and experiences have taken the first place in stainless welding, surface blasting, large piece hitrogenizing, deep well heat treatment, electric control equipment and stainless steel machining in the textile machine industry of our country. It has undertaken the task of manufacturing spinning machines which is a national important project in the eighth five-year program and the ninth five-year program, and has been appointed the base for manufacturing acrylic & polyester fiber spinning machines in our country instead of importing them from abroad. The products that have been developed by us correspond to the industrial policy of our country and meet the needs of textile materials and the added value of textile end products as well as the needs of domestic and world market. It has been supported to develop in readjustment of textile industry as a key enterprise.
The enterprise goes steadily forward with its reform in its scientific and practical management and administration system. Holding on the policy of " to satisfy and be sincere to our clients, and long-term cooperation with them", we provide satisfactory products to clients with the first - class technology, quality and service. Computer network is used to assist in designing, manufacturing and administration, and ISO9000, a standard of quality control is pursued completely to ensure the perfect system of quality management and quality guarantee. It was awarded with licenses for the first and second kinds of pressure vessels in designing and manufacturing, and with state-issued 2nd class metering qualification certificate in 1994, and in 1995, it also obtained licenses for designing and manufacturing organic hot-carrier heaters.
The products have been sold well to 30 provinces, prefectures and municipalities even far to south-east Asia, Latin America, Africa and enjoyed a high reputation abroad. It has built various cooperation relations with companies in America, German and Japan and so on, and created good economic benefits and social returns. |
