Our company is the biggest surpassing group enterprise processing and making worsted fabrics in the northeast, which is invested to combine newly Taonan No. 2 worsted textile factory in Jilin、Fushun No. 2 worsted textile factory in Liaoning、Dongchen worsted group Co., Ltd in Jilin and Shiqi wool top making production line in Inner Mongolia by Mr Tang Jinbo who is esteemed by professional.
There are sets of spinning、weaving and dyeing & finishing machines and 1300 staffs including 200 technicians in our company with a 30,000- spindle production ability and the annual output of worsted fabrics can amount to more than 5 million meters.The main production facilities: France NSC top dyeing & recombing and former spinning production lines, Germany Zinser 421 spinning machines, Italy Savio cone winding machines and two-for-one twisters, Switzerland Sulzer G6300、Italy Tianma 11E and FAST weaving looms, and the most advanced finishing machines like Italy scouring and fulling machine、four-blade shearing machine、Santalucia dry and setting machine、KD95 decatizer、Germany M-tec calender press、dry and setting stenter、RVT steaming and pre-shrinking machine. The advanced computer designing auxiliary system and computer testing colour、matching liquid、dyeing sample system and Uster yarn eveness tester have formed a complete set of technical facility system from material testing、products designing and sampling、going into operation to end-product testing.We have passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and ISO14001:2004 Environment Management System Certification, so the technical guarantee and quality management system are relatively complete.
Our company integrates with fabrics manufacturing experience of tens of years to keep applying new textile technology、new materials and bringing forth refined new products such as high-count、light-weight pure wool and wool/polyester blending serge、venetian、valitin、fancy suiting、leisure series、static-free functional fabrics、washable-by-machine series and fabrics with Tencel、cashmere、spun silk、bamboo fibre, which are for men’s and women’s western-style clothes、office wear、leisure wear and business
clothing, etc. Over 5000 colour & designs can meet all kinds of customers’ demands.
