The BEIJING YILIANJIAMEI HOUSE-HOLD ARTICLES CO., LTD is such one enterprise dedicating itself to the bed article with the enterprise purpose for the health bedding industry. The enterprise founder, Mr. Peng Shanyue, shapes the Yilianliye business into a leading enterprise at the gift industry with his outstanding outlook and solid practice style. In 2003, the enterprise introduced the group operation mode and established the business strategy “Realizing the rapid development by expanding the retail channel on the base of the gift”. Under the guidance of the operation strategy, the enterprise had established the well-known reputation and high influence.
To realize the enterprise mission, on the base of concluding the two-year operation experience, the staff visited the different cities of all over the country. In 2005, the enterprise successfully introduced, cultivated and presented the bedding brand from France----ARTILIVI. In terms of popularization, the enterprise kept the brand as the core competition force and dedicated to shape the brand ARTILIVI into the domestically led brand in the bedding field. With the retail at the core, the enterprise hoped forming such a product structure in which the series product and the core type of product would dominate and meanwhile, the bedding textile product, e.g. carpet, cushion, home garment and towel, would be auxiliary. In terms of channel, the enterprise selected the Regular Chain (RC) and Franchise Chain (FC). In terms of terminal retailing format, the dominant selection is franchise chain store and franchise counter. Since 2005, the marketing would initialize synchronously around the country. Up to now, the franchise chain store and franchise counter has been established in Beijing, Shenyang and Xiamen, etc.
