Saurer(Jintan) Textile Machinery Co., Ltd is a Sino-foreign JVC established on the contributions made by both Swiss Saurer Co., Ltd and Jiangsu Jinsheng Industrial Co., Ltd. The total investment amounts to 0.28 billion USD and the registered capital 22.482422 million USD (equivalent to 0.18 billion RMB). The company has over 500 employees and boasts 0.2 billion RMB of the fixed assets. It mainly engages in the design, production and sales of the blowing-carding unit, combing machine, flyer frame, draw frame and new-type textile machinery.
Located in the economic development zone of Jintan City, the company is equipped with the plant integrated with systematically sound and state-of-art blowing-carding unit. It has nearly 1000 domestically and internationally advanced devices for machinery processing and detecting devices, as well as various kinds of devices for the general and special purposes. These devices guarantees the complete machinery processing capacities such as casting, forging, wielding, metal cutting and surface treatment as well as provide detecting measures.
As the predecessor of Saurer(Jintan) Textile Machinery Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Jinsheng Machinery Co., Ltd is the biggest domestic forespinning cotton cleaning manufacturer. It is the only one manufacturer with its own autonomous intellectual property right that can provide the whole process blowing-carding unit (including main frame, auxiliary frame, safety system, control system and dust filter system). Jinfang opening and picking and blowing-carding set equipment accounts for 40% market share. The products are well received in more than 20 provinces and municipalities, and exported to over 10 countries and regions including Pakistan, Bengal, Thailand and Egypt.
As the forespinning division under Saurer Group, our company will avail itself of the technology and brand advantage of Saurer and Jinsheng to domesticalize the production of blowing-carding unit and combing machine, and to develop the medium and high end set forespinning equipment within 6 years.
