Shandong Mingsheng Textile (Group) Co., Ltd. is situated in Dongming County. It was founded in 1987, and it was formerly known as Dongming Cotton Mill. In 2007, it was converted to corporate enterprise. The group takes textile as leading industry. Subsidiaries are Dongming Shengyou Textile Co., Ltd., Dongming Mingsheng Grease Co., Ltd. and Heze Hengda Chemical Co., Ltd. At present, the company can annually produce 350,000 spindles of yarns, process and produce 42,000 tons of oil plants, and 50,000 tons of polypropylene. The company is the largest spinning enterprise in the southwest of Shandong Province with 1.5 billion Yuan RMB of fixed assets and more than 3,000 employees.
Main products: high/medium/low count cotton yarns, blended yarns, refined edible oil of national standard, polypropylene, etc. The company owns advanced equipment and strong technical force, and it has passed the ISO9001 Quality System Certification. Main economical and technical indicators are advanced in the same national industries. Our “Ouling” cotton yarn is rated as “Trustworthy Product of China”, and “Ouling” trademark is rated as “Well-known Trademark of Shandong Province”. Our sales-output ratio is 98%. The company is leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization of Shandong Province, fixed manufacturing of special articles, “Observing Contract and Keeping Promise Enterprise” of Shandong Province. Since 2009, the company been rated as “Top-500 Enterprise in China Textile and Apparel Industry” for successively 5 years. In 2010, the company was evaluated as “Top-10 Completive Enterprises in Shandong Textile Industry”. In 2013, main business income, annual project and tax, labor productivity respectively ranked the 56th, 85th, and 95th in main economic benefit ranking in China cotton spinning industry in 2013.
In recent years, the company is positively enlarging production scale and extending industrial chain. The company has realized the diversified operation of spinning, edible oil, chemical and real estate. In 2009, the Mingsheng Textile Industrial Park covering 1,000 was established.
In future, when developing “deep processing of cotton and spinning”, “deep processing of subsidiary agricultural products”, the company will also develop chemical industry. At the end of the 12th Five-year plan, the production scale will reach 700,000 spindles. During the 13th Five-year plan, we will realize the development objective of 1,000,000 spindles yarns and 1,000 looms.
