Detailed Trade Lead Description

It is considered that fibres are not of the good quality (the first class), and can not be used in production, if:

1/ Fibres are recycled (regenarated). They have to be virgin only.
2/ If fibres do not have requested elasticity (curls constancy), which causes final product's volumen lost during the exploatation (use) for more than 10%.
3/ If termofixation at 190? was not done, which causes fibres "ironing" during the manufacturing and (final product has high specific weight and low volum).
4/ If fibres consist evaporating components (unpleasant smell) that can be released during manufacturing or during final product's exploatation.
5/ All fibres' hidden defects, that can be discovered during use of final products, has to be charged (on seller's account).

Below-mentioned characteristics are basic ones. Fibres also have to be manufactured conform ISO standards for polyester, the first class (quality) only, with all documentation and certificates.
