Detailed Trade Lead Description

Fashionwear (Pvt.) Ltd. is the dye-house with a production capacity of 25 Tons per day. Presently they are interested to import following textile chemicals.
1. 100% active Lubricant Based on Polyacrolyte.
2. 100% active Silicon Softener (Micro Emulsion)
3. 100% active Hydrogen peroxide Enzyme. (H2O2 Killer)
4. Presently they bleach the fabric as follows,
- Hydrogen Peroxide
- Stabilizer
- Detergent
- Caustic Soda
- We bleach at boil for 30 minutes drop both.
- Hot wash & drop both.
- Neutralize with acid drop both and treat with Hydrogen Peroxide Killer before dyeing.
They have sample of bleaching compound in Powder, which replaces all above
chemicals they use 2.5% of this powder on the weight of fabric. Bleaching time
is the same. One hot wash and we start dyeing. Unfortunately they only have
sample and do not have the source of product.
